No more Mothing
So now the boat is gone…
Andrew drove up from Melbourne and bought the boat almost straight
away. Maybe I was selling it too cheaply!
A very sentimental sail was had on Saturday, in a sunny 20knot
North Easterly. A perfect way to see the boat off.
Moths are definitely one of the most fun boats to sail, but for now
its on to another challenge. Hopefully I can get my act together
and have a boat ready for the Worlds in Melbourne at Christmas,
though that does look unlikely at this stage! If I don’t get my act
together, then there’s always the option of sailing an 18 on the
Harbour…
At least the sale of this one will keep me going for a few months
in Europe.
