Donosan’s Bucks Day
Randwick Racecourse
17th April 2004
1 Rules
1.1 The Day will be governed by the current rules, except as any of
those altered by this Notice of Event
1.2 Alternative penalties: the ‘kick in the nuts’ penalty as specified
in rules 44.1 and 44.2 of the BDR shall apply
2 Advertising
2.1 The event is classified as a Category C (unrestricted) event in
accordance with Appendix 1.
3 Eligibility and Entry
3.1 Only current financial members of the human race shall be eligible,
and their eligibility be set out in the eligibility code for the
eligible.
3.3 Those under 18 years of age on the 17th April 2004 shall be
classified as juniors, and may under the current state liquor licensing
laws, be refused entry and/or service.
4 Fees
4.1 An entry fee will be charged by the Australian Jockey Club to gain
entry to course, use of the longest stainless steel urinal in the
southern hemisphere will be at no extra cost.
5 Schedule of Events
5.1 Schedule as follows:
Saturday 17/04/04 11:30am onwards - gather inside Randwick Racecourse
17:05 - racing finishes
17:06 onwards - festivities relocate to City
Destination in City may be reprogrammed at the discretion of the
committee as required.
On the day of the Event no warning signal will be made after 0300.
6 Measurement
6.1 A ‘One Equipment’ rule shall apply to the event. This will apply to
the whole Buck (shoes, duds, shirt, headwear) No changing of clothing
except for genuine failures, those found to be imposing an equipment
change shall be penalised under section 1.2.

The Event site is Randwick Racecourse, Ranwick about 10min from City.

11. Rights to use names & likenesses
11.1 In participating in this Event, an attendee automatically grants to
the Organising Authorities of this Event, the right in perpetuity, to
make, use and show, from time to time and at their discretion, any
motion pictures, still pictures and live, taped or film television and
other reproductions of him/her during the period of the event for the
said Event in which the attendee participates and in all material
related to the said Event, without compensation.
12. Entry Disclaimer
15.1 It is the attendee’s decision to attend the Event. Attendee’s shall
accept that their participation in the Event is at their exclusive risk
in every respect.
