33 knots and counting
The UK’s Sam Pascoe has topped the Moth speed records with a 33.4 knot top speed and a 31.5 knot 500m average.
That is bloody quick, close to 10 knots faster than the top speed recorded in my previous boat.
Update: Turns out Sam’s data was a bit screwed up, and his top speed was actually only 25.7 knots. Bugger.
