Well thanks to Scott's post, reminding me to kick of a US/UK/SA spamming session, we have three more entries in one day. With 49 days left, by my calculations we will have about 170 boats! Biggest fleet ever!

Why not go somewhere exotic like Boracay in the Philippines. That place is awesome during the monsoon with 18-20+ knots (Dec to Mar). And the waves aren't too big either. And Boracay known to be one of the best beaches in the world.

Mate Warm as in kiwi land - just give us enough warning so we can move our sheep off the beach and rigging area :)

All Blacks will struggle with the best coach from New Zealand coaching the Wallabies

NZ the best place to sail in the world? I notice that air and sea temperature as well as precipitation did not rate a mention in your "sales pitch".

Sailing in NZ is like going for the All Blacks. Has its good parts but at the end of the day they just don't aim up. Go Le Blue

Darren you forgot about all the easy girls "racer chasers" that just hang out on the beach all day waiting for the sailors to come in, to personally wash the sailors boats in their bikini's....

If the moth is lucky enough to have the worlds in NZ in 2012 (the worlds best sailing spot) then it will be the cheapest worlds ever...our dollar is worth shit. (1 euro = $2.17NZD). Cleanest water, strongest breezes, nicest beach, cheap accommodation what more could you want. and cheap air freight. Takapuna has hosted heaps of big successful worlds.

I was under the impression that we were going to NZ after AUS? I'm not in the official loop so this could be crack-smoking of the highest degree on my part!

I would be at the Gorge if Dubai wasn't happening and there are others in the same camp over here... My only question is whether I can stretch to Dubai and Aus! The Gorge followed by Aus was the team GB decision but it all went a bit squiffy after that in the AGM at Weymouth and we ended up with all three.

Thanks for the comments John, pretty chuffed with how it's all going so far...

I vote for Bolivia's Salar de Uyuni. The "Flying" moth would look great there
